Telephone Advice

We now offer advice via telephone first of all in most circumstances  but please be assurred that the team will arrange an appointment for you after speaking with you if it is appropriate. Your phone call will normally be on the same day you ring and your appointment depending on your treatment plan, you may be asked to attend the surgery on that day or a different day. Please understand that we are dealing with an exceptionally high number of queries and our team are working extremely hard.

We also have an outdoor sheltered area for assessing patients who are suspected COVID positive or confirmed COVID positive. Please make sure you alert us if you have developed any COVID-19 symptoms between speaking to our team and attending the surgery. Please DO NOT ENTER the building if this is the case. Please understand that we can certainly assess you but it must be in this special area to prevent exposure happening inside our building.

Our pharmacy and nursing teams also can offer advice if appropriate. Please contact the office to arrange a phone call with them.
