Telephone Advice
We now offer advice via telephone first of all in most circumstances for our GP appointments but please be assurred that the team will arrange an appointment for you after speaking with you if it is appropriate. Your phone call will normally be on the same day you ring and your appointment depending on your treatment plan, you may be asked to attend the surgery on that day or a different day. Please understand that we are dealing with an exceptionally high number of queries and our team are working extremely hard. The telephone first model has helped the practice reduce the average number of missed appointments from on average 200 per month (pre-pandemic) to virtually zero.
Our pharmacy and nursing teams also can offer advice if appropriate. Please contact the office to arrange a phone call with them.
